La Nova Incorporated in Williamsville

Ordered online on Lanova website. Waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the counter for a pre-paid order only to find they were out of 2 of the 4 items. They can’t credit me told me I have to get it from the online company. There is no easy way to find out who that is the receipt has Lanova on it. They shouldn’t allow orders on their website if they can’t control it. I would have ordered different items for what was unavailable. Only 2 of 4 people got food and I’m out the money.

I was very impressed with the quality and size of the two huge, freshly made slices I had. Pepperoni and cheese were both delicious. Service was very good, speed as well. Price was very good too, two big slices and a bottle of soda was about $8. The only thing is they need more seating inside, but even with this small hiccup in my eyes, it's still a 5/5.

They got the best pizza in Buffalo New York actually through New York State they're old Kenmore boys

Hoped to get something quick to eat in Amherst. They messed up 2 of the 3 things we ordered and it took 30 min + for them to make a sub, a salad and some bread sticks for pickup. The food was mediocre at best for the price (over $30 for those three items).Additionally, I could see at least two of the staff not wearing masks while preparing food. We will not be back.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! THEY WILL NOT HAVE YOUR FOOD READY EVEN IF YOU SCHEDULE A PICK UP AND PAY AHEAD OF TIME! When I got there I had to wait in line OUTSIDE in 30° weather, finally I get to the counter and they couldn't even find the order and had to wait even longer! When I issued my complaint at the front the employees rolled their eyes at me! Terrible Service! I will never go back

Two hours to get a cold hard pizza a sub so loaded with pperes you cant eat it soggy cold they answere phones with nasty attitudes driver was rude. Call to say food unacceptable so there gonna pick it up and credit my money not waiting two more hours was starving sorry

Ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, 20 mild wings and a chef salad on my Birthday 7/26/2019. I picked up my order which came up to $51 and some change. I get to the small party I was having and the wings were fried too hard and there wasn't any mild sauce on it period. Now, I am in the food service/ culinary industry, and this was an insult. I will never, and I mean never order from them again. All my guests were complaining about the same issue, overly fried wings with no mild sauce. I've attached a picture, where my fingers are completely dry holding this dry wing. "AND NO I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE OR TRY."

Was looking for a breakfast pizza for my family, spoke with a very nice employee who told me about the pizza. Egg, multiple types of cheese garlic pepper bacon sausage. Sounded great so I ordered one, family was excited first bite was horrible. So much grease, and over loaded on cheese and meat toppings...absolutely No egg...so basically I was charged for a very greasy cheesy pizza. ....Never ordering from here again.

I had been hearing about how good the food was from a variety of sources. They were all correct!

Not from here ordered pizza for my son heard it was good pizza. Got here and had burnt crust which is his favorite part. Called to talk to someone about it and they offered to make a new one take the old one back which I did appreciate, but meanwhile I have an 8 yr old needing to eat, shower and go to bed. I tried a bite for myself and completely turned off from their pizza now, all I can taste is the burnt flavor. Guess I learned my lesson next time we are in town I'll be getting pizza elsewhere.

Great! they have a large selection of 🍕 pizza! in for New year's they gave customers a bottle of champagne. which I thought was nice.

I just order a lg cheese pepperoni and mushrooms on half which was fine with 20 mild wings. Which I got 10 med/ hot wings. The mgr on duty said to bring them back...I said I’m not coming to day ( they are like 20 min away) so he said he would give credit for a single order the next time I come. So how does that figure out I paid for 20 wings I tossed 7 and I get 10 at a later date that I already paid for. So you can keep your credit of my 10 wings. And you lost a customer and you got a review. Nice Job!

Trying to support local during this time. Only ordering out once a week. Super disappointed that wings came cold. Not even luke warm. Just cold. Waste of$50 opportunity for the week

DELICIOUS Food! Wonderful service. Extensive menu. Generous toppings. High quality. Beautiful interior. Many historical articles referencing La Nova's long Western New York history. Very clean and organized. Perfectly located just off the Thruway in Williamsville, New York just northeast of Buffalo, New York. In my mind La Nova is nationally known and a local legend amongst pizza parlors.

Ordered here a few times, but the last time I ordered they gave me a BLT instead of my turkey bacon sub. overall their pizza is pretty ok and the subs are average.

My daughter loves it! She had the pepperoni pizza along with her daddy. I had the white pizza that was smothered in parmesan and it was amazing! Workers were so nice and polite and when I asked to see how big there fingers were for chicken fingers gets they were happy to ablige!

Too salty , too soggy, and tonight the pizza crust was burnt and cheese clearly overcooked. $30 order too with the extra sauce 'n blue cheese. After being in business for decades as a Buffalo legend the manager response should not be something like "thank you for letting us know what we need to do better"....They should be doing better.

Best pizza I've had in New York State. Coming from Windsor this is saying something. While it's no Windsor Pizza La Nova serves a really good slice. Prices are reasonable and lots of unique flavours available by the slice for take out. Was most impressed by the Buffalo Chicken Finger Pizza.

Ordered LIGHT SAUCE. Just once it would be nice for someone to actually make the order right. LEARN TO READ

Never again!!! $99 later and an incredible disappointment. The soggiest, uncooked dough ever. Did this even go in the oven?? I really don’t understand. There’s so much hype about this pizzeria. I’ll never spend $100 again here, any “mom and pop” pizzeria ANYWHERE in WNY is better. Don’t waste your money.

I'm from out of town and the hotel that I stay at recommended this place So I figured I'd try it they said that the pizza ranked in the top 100 of the US and their wings are world famous So I got a pizza with one topping and wings the wings show up cold and over cooked I had to pick them apart in order to eat any of them and the pizza has so much sauce on it tastes terrible I have to scrape some of the sauce off just so I can eat it this was supposed to be my dinner for tonight and tomorrow night I guess I'm looking for something else for tomorrow night because this food is terrible

Great pizza and wing tradition! Only complaint is that the young ladies at the counter claimed they couldn't split the bill between two cards. Only place in America that can't, lol.

Ordered wings and a slice, was told wings would take 20ish minutes. Waited. Expected hot, fresh wings. Was served cold wings. Was visiting home from the west coast. I'll stick to Bocce Club pizza from now on. Slice was pretty good. Not good enough to forget about the cold wings

Crazy! Everyone wanted pizza at the same time. The pie was delicious, had left overs for lunch.

Best pizza in Buffalo. Hands down. So SO good. Classic little buffalo pizza joint, so limited seating, as it's a "order/pick it up at the counter" place. You have to experience it!!!!

Will NEVER order again. I ordered a double order of wings. Apparently this is the only place that a double means 18? No flats, only drums. Usually decent pizzerias will do half and half, which works as I prefer flats and my boyfriend prefers drums. When I say these were small, I mean LITERALLY NO MEAT. The drum part was the size of a quarter. Mild? Barely. They cooked the little chicken on here dry and had no sauce. Please contact me and tell me to my face this is how you actually serve food to customers. I’m disturbed I actually paid $28 for 18 barely edible wings. I called and the guy goes “do you want to speak with the manager” as if it’s normal the only people calling have a complaint. If you’d like a great locally owned food establishment try LT’s on union. HUGE portions, reasonably priced, and they’re incredibly friendly. I’ve gone there twice and the second time they were so cheerful and remembered me from the first time! Would never recommend La Nova’s. Disgusting.

Delicious pizza and wings! We ordered 2 large pizzas and 50 wings.. the pizza's were: cheese w/ pepperoni, and bacon cheese burger (special). The wings were: medium, bbq garlic, and sesame honey. Everything was delicious! I would definitely recommend getting pizza and wings from La Nova.

This place used to be really good but it has gone down hill over the years. I ordered a sheet pizza and the middle fell apart it was super weird almost like the dough was too thin but the crust was very thick. The sauce was extremely sweet which I also didn't like.

My cousins love this place. This is the worst pizza I have had in years. Their wings were decent though

When I say I was so disappointed this was my first time ordering and when I say it will be never again I ordered a large pizza and 50 wings lemon pepper or 50 of my wings were dry I could literally smack them on the wall I barely could chew them I called back and I couldn’t even get half my money back the pizza was good don’t get me wrong but the wings I do not recommend!!!

The people here are always great. Good pizza and wings are a bonus.

Ordered a sheet pizza and 50 wings. Food was excellent but 8 employees were not wearing masks in the kitchen 7 males 1 female employee. Mgr was helping in the kitchen and did not say anything. I got there at 520pm and left at 533. No one said a thing to those not wearing a mask. Will not go back there.

Where do I begin? Too much topping. Its not so much the pepperoni but its the sauce. So much sauce. Not that its a terrible tasting sauce but just so much. Also the amount of cheese. If the amount I got put on is regular then I'd hate to see what extra cheese looks like. The crust is yes and no. It has a decent char but so much dough. Its almost like the amount of topping could be used in a deep dish. Over all when i lift the slice it feels like the slice weighs 5 pounds. Its a lot of reputation to uphold when on the box it says #1 pizzeria in United States. And the wings, so dry. The sauce would have tasted good had they put an actual amount on.

-Saturday July 25th: sheet & 50 ordered @ 4:30, for pickup - was advised 45 minutes on phone-arrived at 5:10-employee advised wings wld be ready in 8 minutes while placing a NEW* pizza onto the done/ready-to-serve station-a lot of ppl were waiting for their order at this time-I then waited an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes before wings came out & employee attempted to give me the hot wings w the now OLD* pizza that was placed in ready-station 45 minutes prior, I refused this & asked for a hot/new pizza, to which employee sd I wld have to wait.. again... I just walked out, disgusted.Absolutely TERRIBLE service - will NEVER be going back - EVER!

Went to the west side location. Best char-bbq wings in buffalo. Steak pizza also on point. Always treated like family! You have to check this place out a buffalo tradition! 👍❤🍕🍕

This location is great the food is on point. They get you in and out. I love pizza so I bought 2 slices. I will be back for the wings soon. I have no complaints I definitely recommend if you're looking for some great pizza this is the place

I would say 80% of the time I order from here, they either get my order wrong or the food is overcooked. I love the BBQ wings but they can't get the pizza right. Yesterday they put pepperoni on it and we didn't want pepperoni. I am tired of given they more chances thinking they will improve.

I bought a single order of chicken wings tonight approximately at 8:40 pm.Location:La Nova5151 Main StreetAmherst, New York They are the worst wings I have ever tried to eat. My spouse concurred. We had to throw the rest of them away, because they were too dry and overcooked. Also, the guy behind the counter got sarcastic with the girl about the wait time. Those wings were not worth waiting 20 plus minutes for. He’s lacking in customer service skills. The girl gently reminded him that they didn’t have that many orders to do.The only reason I’m giving one more star is that the two slices of pizza I bought were very good and fast 💨. The girl behind the counter also had excellent customer service skills in dealing with the rude guy.

got a large pizza and order of chicken parm wings the wings where perfectly cooked and wing size was great the basic cheese and pep pizza had to much cheese for my liking and needs some more favor i would pay more for a pizza with a better quality of cheese and the sause wasnt bad just needs alittle more season lot of potential and service was great

Great pizza, and great wings, they only have standing tables and some picnic tables outside, so be aware of that!
